Refund policy

Our Commitment to You At Cartify LLC, we are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law If you are an Australian customer, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@cartfyshop.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items returned after the stated return window.

How to Request a Return Email us at info@cartfyshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
